A court in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday framed charges against Union Minister Ajay Mishra's son Ashish and 13 others in connection with the violence that broke out in October 2021 in Lakhimpur Kheri where four farmers and a journalist were killed. Ashish Mishra has been named as the main accused in the case.District government counsel (Criminal) Arvind Tripathi said the court of additional district judge Sunil Kumar Verma fixed December 16 as the next date of hearing. 

3)India-Central Asia Meet Of NSAs Calls For Collective Action To Deal With Terrorism

The NSAs of India and Central Asian countries on Tuesday called for collective action to combat challenges like terror financing, radicalisation, and use of terrorist proxies for cross-border terrorism while asserting that Afghanistan must not become a haven for terrorist activities.The meeting hosted by NSA Ajit Doval also emphasised the need for respecting Afghanistan's sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity and urged non-interference in its internal affairs.

4)As a probe into the AIIMS server hacking is underway, sources said that the investigation is now resting upon the RAM dump, as the memory dump of all the infected computers in AIIMS has been sent for investigation.The dump data has been stored on the hard disk and sent for testing to National Forensic Science University (NFSU) in Gujarat and its report is expected soon.
