  • 3 Tablespoon Sugar

Take a small bowl and dissolve custard powder in ¼ cup of cold milk. Mix it properly to ensure that there are no lumps.

Step 2

Take a saucepan and heat 2 cups of milk over medium heat. Stir it occasionally.

Step 3

Add sugar in the warm milk and wait for it to dissolve completely.

Step 4

Slowly pour the custard mixture into the warm milk while stirring continuously.

Step 5

Keep stirring and cook for another 5 minutes. Wait for it to thicken to your desired consistency.

Step 6

Remove the custard from heat and let it cool down a bit. Enjoy it topped with fruits, dry fruits, and nuts.
