Nearly 10 people have died due to floods and over four lakh people have been affected in 26 districts so far in Assam. Expressing concern about the situation, Amit Shah said, "Spoke to CM Himanta Biswa Sarma to take stock of the situation. NDRF teams are already been deployed.
