Actor Swara Bhasker became the latest celebrity to join Rahul Gandhi in the Bharat Jodo Yatra. She joined Rahul Gandhi in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain.

Swara Bhasker on Thursday joined Congress Party Leader's Bharat Jodo Yatra. She walked with Rahul in Ujjain.

The official Twitter handle of the Indian National Congress shared a picture of Bhasker with Gandhi. "Today famous actress @ReallySwara became part of #BharatJodoYatra. The presence of every section of the society has made this yatra a success," the tweet read.

Bhasker is known for being vocal about the current political scenario of the country. She has applauded Rahul Gandhi in the past also.

Previously celebrities like Amol Palekar, Sandhya Gokhale, Pooja Bhatt, Riya Sen, Sushant Singh, Mona Ambegaonkar, Rashmi Desai, and Akanksha Puri took part in the yatra.
