New Delhi: Author of the famous Harry Potter series J.K.Rowling announced on Twitter that she has recovered from a suspected case of Covid-19. Rowling said that she suffered from symptoms for almost two weeks but is now fully recovered. She also said that her recovery was aided by special breathing techniques and shared a YouTube video on her Twitter page. In her Tweet, the author also clarified that she did not get tested for the virus. She wrote: “Please watch this doc from Queens Hospital explain how to relieve respiratory symptoms. For the last 2 weeks, I've had all symptoms of C19 (tho haven't been tested) & did this on doc husband's advice. I've fully recovered & technique helped a lot." The video shared is that of a UK hospital doctor named Sarfaraz Munshi describes a vital breathing technique for Covid-19 sufferers that could prevent the patients from contracting secondary pneumonia, which could prove dangerous to health. The doctor said that his colleague Sue Elliot relies on the technique every day in intensive care. The video features a breathing technique that involves inhaling and exhaling and holding breaths and a ‘big cough'. "I really am completely recovered and wanted to share a technique that's recommended by doctors, costs nothing, has no nasty side effects but could help you/your loved ones a lot, as it did me. Stay safe, everyone," she added. Rowling is known for her bestselling fantasy book series about a young wizard and his friends. The books were later turned to a popular film franchise. Recently to support parents, caregivers, teachers, and the children stuck at home during the lockdown, she made the audio and e-books of  Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone available for free worldwide all throughout April.
