WhatsApp has released a new feature to making shopping easier. With the new 'carts' users can access catalogue by businesses and shop.

New Delhi: WhatsApp has got a new feature that can help in making shopping easier. The newly introduced cart feature allows users to browse a catalog, select multiple products, and send the order as one message to the business. "Carts are going live around the world today – just in time for the holiday season. How to use carts Step 1: Open WhatsApp and go to the chat or business profile of the business you’d like to order from Step 2: Tap on the shopping button icon to access their catalogue Step 3: Browse through the products you’d like to order in the catalogue Step 4: Click on the product you would like to order Step 5: Click ADD TO CART on the product Step 6: You can also edit the cart and add more items if needed or use Message Business if you’d like to ask a specific question about the product Step 7: Once done you can send it to the seller as a WhatsApp message Whatsapp has said that the carts have been introduced as a lot of shopping is happening through chats.
