VIRAL SACH: Did Modi accept on camera he studied till class 10?

A video is going viral in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi is purportedly accepting that he only studied till class 10. What is the reality of the video? The video is a part of extensive interview conducted by Congress MP Rajeev Shukla. This 28-second video has gone viral on YouTube. Congress leader Digvijay Singh tweeted the video to question PM Modi about his educational qualification. Modi’s qualification is in news after an RTI was filed about his educational degrees. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal wrote to Chief Information Commissioner urging him to make the information public. When ABP News investigated the video we found that the video was of the year 2000 when Modi was BJP general secretary. The complete video was of 23 minutes and 8 seconds. The video that is being made viral is just a clipping of Modi’s answer, not the complete answer. Rajeev Shukla had asked how much had he studied, Modi framed the answer in such a way that he shared his answer by saying ‘high school tak’. The propagandists cut the rest of the answer in which Modi had talked about his higher education.
