Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at Dharamshala on Thursday on a two-day visit to preside over the All India Chief Secretaries' National Conference.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday took part in a roadshow in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Singh was also present on the occasion.
Modi arrived at Dharamshala on Thursday on a two-day visit to preside over the All India Chief Secretaries' National Conference. This is the first national conference of the chief secretaries of the country’s states and Union Territories in Dharamshala.
Various cultural folk groups of Himachal Pradesh performed at the roadshow venue to welcome the Prime Minister. The cultural folk groups were seen wearing their traditional attire.

The Prime Minister received a warm welcome from the locals. They welcomed Modi during the roadshow by showering flowers on him.

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur took a detailed review of the arrangements for the two-day visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi from today, All India Radio News reported. Thakur also directed the officials concerned to ensure proper arrangements as per protocol, and reviewed preparedness regarding the roadshow.
About 200 thematic experts from different fields, along with the chief secretaries of the country’s states and Union Territories are participating in the conclave.
The All India Chief Secretaries’ National Conference will deliberate on the implementation of a new education policy, urban governance, crop diversification and self-reliance in agricultural commodities.
The participants will focus on rapid and sustainable economic growth in partnership with the Center and the States.
