'Jai Hind': South CMs, Leaders Laud Armed Forces For ‘Operation Sindoor’ Strikes After Pahalgam Attack

Operation Sindoor, launched early Wednesday, were a direct response to the Pahalgam terror attack that took place two weeks ago and claimed 26 lives. 

In the wake of Operation Sindoor, a series of targeted military strikes by the Indian armed forces on terror infrastructure across Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, several prominent South Indian political leaders expressed strong support for the operation and praised the armed forces for their swift response.

The precision strikes, launched early Wednesday, were a direct response to the Pahalgam terror attack that took place two weeks ago and claimed 26 lives. 

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin took to social media to express solidarity, stating: "Tamil Nadu stands with the Indian Army against terrorism. With our Army, for our nation. Tamil Nadu stands resolute."

 

Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah said, "I salute the extraordinary courage of our armed forces behind Operation Sindhoor. Their heroic action reaffirms that India will never tolerate terror in any form. The brutal attack in Pahalgam was not just on innocent lives, it was an assault on the dreams and spirit of India. Every effort of our brave soldiers is a pledge to bring justice to the victims, their families, and to every Indian who believes in peace and humanity."

"Karnataka joins the nation in expressing unwavering solidarity with our forces. We are proud of your valour, sacrifice, and unflinching commitment to protect our sovereignty. Terror has no place in our land. India will respond with strength and unity," he said. 

 

Andhra Pradesh CM N Chandrababu Naidu said, "Jai Hind! 🇮🇳"

Andhra’s YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, in a more detailed message, stated: "The Indian Defence Forces have launched #OperationSindoor in a decisive response to the heinous Pahalgam terror attack. During such times,Such inevitable actions reflect the nation’s unwavering strength in safeguarding its sovereignty and protecting its citizens.All of us stand by you. Jai Hind." 

A former Telangana minister KT Rama Rao also praised the operation, calling the strikes a symbol of India's determination: "Saluting the amazing Indian Armed Forces for their precision strikes on terrorist camps in PoK and Pakistan. Wishing them more power and strength in completely eliminating terrorist infrastructure. Jai Hind 🇮🇳."
