"Police teams conducted checks on specific input about the movement of a terrorist and arrested him," said Ramesh Kotwal, Senior Superintendent of Police in Kathua, Daily Excelsior reported.
He claimed that the arrested terrorist had multiple contacts with Jaish terrorists operating from Pakistan via various social media apps and had received a consignment of IED and Rs 20,000/- in Indian currency.
According to Kotwal, he was planning terrorist activities in the Jammu region.
