Driving License: The process of getting driving licenses for drivers in the country has been simplified in the recent years and is also making it much easier for people. Now the West Bengal government has also taken steps to make it easier to get a driving license and make many vehicle registration related works easier. Driving License to people 
The state government has issued new notifications to ensure that there is no difficulty in making it, which you will also find it easier. 

Find out for which services new notifications issued
A total of 18 services including renewal of driving license, creating duplicate driving licenses, applying for registration of cars, processing for changing addresses can be done completely online. The Bengal government has issued the notification after a thorough assessment of the Road Transport and Highways Ministry. Now, through the RTO, people will be able to apply online for the 19 services mentioned here in Bengal and avoid a variety of difficulties.

However, people will still have to come to the RTO themselves and seek the help of the officers or supporting staff present there. This information was given by a transport official, according to a report in the English portal Times of India.

Know about another relief
All governments in the state have given relief from motor vehicle tax and additional tax to private vehicles in addition to services and educational institutions which is for the time between July and December of this year. However, all their dues for the year 2020 may have been cleared only then this relief will be available.
