Bangladesh Home Minister calls on PM Modi

New Delhi: Ahead of delegation level talks with Indian counterpart Rajnath Singh, Bangladesh Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence, 7 RCR here on Thursday. Bangladesh Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan, who is leading a high level delegation to India, arrived here on July 27. His interaction with the Union Home Minister is expected to further strengthen and enhance the excellent cooperation between the two countries on security and border management matters. The Indian delegation will consist of National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, Home Secretary Rajiv Mehrishi and officers of Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Border Security Force (BSF), Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Coast Guard and others. During the talks there will be review of Land Boundary Agreement implementation, security and border management and other related issues.
