Assam: Watch Python swallows whole goat, localities tie rope around reptile's neck

New Delhi: A dramatic video from Assam shows villagers provoking a 15-foot-long python and tying its head with a rope after they found the reptile had swallowed a goat. Localities of the Baihata Chariali village in Assam gathered around the python when they noticed its bloated belly. They tied a rope around its neck in order to transport it to forest officials. The snake had swallowed a whole goat and the footage ends with it being tied to a vehicle, presumably on its way to forest officials.
