The altercation reportedly began when the teacher noticed the student using her phone during class and confiscated the device. Enraged, the student demanded Rs 12,000 in return for the phone, leading to a verbal altercation that escalated into physical violence. In a shocking turn, the student is seen in a viral video striking the teacher with a slipper, an act that has triggered widespread condemnation on social media.
