The Jet Airways flight 9W 642 will now be running with a delay of 16 hours and 20 minutes.

NEW DELHI: Around 170 passengers of Jet Airways Chandigarh-Mumbai are stranded at Chandigarh Airport as the flight was facing some technical issues on Wednesday. The flight going to Mumbai was scheduled at 3 pm. The passengers are accusing the JetAirways of misleading them. As per reports, there was an announcement made for Mumbai passengers that the boarding has commenced and the flight is ready to depart. Later a sudden swap was made with Pune passengers, where they were shifted to the Mumbai flight. The reason given by jet airways is that the Pune flight had some technical issues so the flight was swapped due to operational reasons. The Mumbai passengers are now asking why were the Mumbai passengers instead of the Pune passengers were made to wait when the Mumbai flight was okay and the boarding announcements, as well as proceedings, had already started. As per reports, the flight will now be running with a delay of 16 hours and 20 minutes.
