Apple Event HIGHLIGHTS: The most anticipated phone of the year, the iPhone 12 series has been launched at Apple’s virtual event on Tuesday. In the digital 'Hi, Speed' event, the Cupertino-based tech giant released four models of the iPhone 12 -- the 5.4-inch iPhone 12 Mini, the 6.1-inch iPhone 12, the 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Pro, and the 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max, which is what makes this event bigger than the previous launch event.
Earlier, in the month of September, the tech giant had launched its iPad Air 4 tablet, the successor to the iPad Air (2019) that launched last year, at its mega annual event 'Time Flies'. The company has marked 10 years of iPad this year. It also launched the Apple Watch Series 6. It was speculated that the iPhone 12 series would be also be launched during time flies, but the company did not release it back then.
