BJP Leader Arun Yadav’s Tweet On Dilip Kumar’s Death Irks Netizens

Politician Arun Yadav, the State Head of IT and Social Media of BJP Haryana tweeted on Dilip Kumar’s death.

Mumbai: Legendary actor Dilip Kumar passed away at the age of 98 on July 7, 2021. The news of his death broke out earlier today. Since then, many politicians including Prime Minister Narendra Modi have been paying tribute to the late actor.

Politician Arun Yadav, the State Head of IT and Social Media of BJP Haryana also tweeted on Dilip Kumar’s death and wrote in Hindi, “The death of Mohammad Yusuf Khan (Dilip Kumar), who earned money by keeping a Hindu name in the film world, is an irreparable loss to the Indian film industry! Deepest condolences to the bereaved family!”

This particular tweet of Arun Yadav irked the netizens and they started slamming the politician. Take a look at some of the tweets here:

Urmila Matondkar also slammed the politician and wrote, “Shame on you”.

Meanwhile, Narendra Modi tweeted on Dilip Kumar’s death, “Dilip Kumar Ji will be remembered as a cinematic legend. He was blessed with unparalleled brilliance, due to which audiences across generations were enthralled. His passing away is a loss to our cultural world. Condolences to his family, friends and innumerable admirers. RIP.”

Dilip Kumar was admitted to the hospital on June 30 after he complained of breathing issues. The ‘Mughal-e-Azam’ actor breathed his last due to age-related health issues. Many celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Dharmendra, Ranbir Kapoor, Vidya Balan, Anil Kapoor, Johnny Lever, and others visited the late actor’s residence to pay their last respects.
