Digvijaya Singh upset after Kamal Nath-led Cong govt withdraws security from RSS headquarters in Bhopal

Hours after the Madhya Pradesh government withdrew security from the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) headquarters in Bhopal, senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh questioned Kamal Nath-led Congress govt decision and termed the same unfair.

Bhopal: Hours after the Madhya Pradesh government withdrew security from the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) headquarters in Bhopal, senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh questioned Kamal Nath-led Congress govt decision and termed the same unfair. Digvijaya Singh on Tuesday urged Madhya Pradesh chief minister Kamal Nath to immediately reinstate the security arrangements as he felt that the decision of withdrawing security from the RSS headquarters unfair, Digvijaya Singh requested chief minister Kamal Nath to immediately give an order to provide adequate security again. Former Madhya Pradesh CM Digvijaya Singh is contesting on a Congress ticket in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections from the Bhopal seat. There were reports of the Madhya Pradesh government planning to remove security from the RSS office in Bhopal. On Monday night, deployment of security personnel at the RSS headquarters was withdrawn. The personnel and their tents were completely removed by late Monday night.
