2017 Chevrolet Trailblazer facelift spotted

The comprehensively updated 2017 Trailblazer is expected to go on sale in India early next year.

2017 Chevrolet Trailblazer facelift spotted GM India has started testing the thoroughly mid-life updated Trailblazer in the country. We have spied the car recently in the NCR region. The facelift made its world debut in concept form in March at the Bangkok Motor Show, christened as the Chevrolet Trailblazer Premier concept, while the production version was revealed in May in Brazil. Chevrolet in India has been on a renaissance and plans to completely revamp its product lineup. The American automaker discontinued the Enjoy MPV and shelved the plans to launch the Spin, while it will introduce the new Beat and its twin compact sedan soon. 2017 Chevrolet Trailblazer facelift spotted 2017 Chevrolet Trailblazer facelift spotted Speaking of the changes in the 2017 model, Chevrolet has completely reimagined the front fascia of the facelifted Trailblazer. The sides and the rear profile are largely unchanged save for the new set of 18-inch alloy wheels. The front features a new grille which is now more in line with global Chevy models and is flanked by re-styled slender headlamps with LED daytime running lights. 2017 Chevrolet Trailblazer facelift spotted Besides the front fascia, the biggest change in the mid-life updated Trailblazer is its new dashboard. The new dash looks premium in contrast to the current one, and Chevrolet has highlighted that it has improved the overall quality of the material used. The vehicle will feature the latest generation Chevrolet MyLink infotainment system, which will support Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto. Another noticeable change is the addition of an electronic power steering in place of the current hydraulically powered current unit. 2017 Chevrolet Trailblazer facelift spotted 2017 Chevrolet Trailblazer facelift spotted Mechanically, the Trailblazer's 2.8-litre diesel engine and its six-speed automatic transmission remain unaltered.
