Here's a brief video of Shilpa Shetty executing an extreme core training fitness routine, from offering pro pointers to sharing the health advantages.

Shilpa Shetty enjoys working out. The star is constantly posting pieces from her fitness journals to her Instagram account. Shilpa regularly shares fitness inspiration with her Instagram followers through short video compilations of her gym diaries. Shilpa maintains her daily fitness routine, whether it be a hard aerobic workout or a fitness routine focusing on core muscle building. Shilpa has recently recovered from a leg injury. The actor sustained a leg injury a few months ago. But that didn't stop her from working out.

Throughout her recovery, Shilpa continued to share videos of herself working out while remaining careful of her injury. She returned to her workout practice in full force now that she was fully recovered.

Shilpa recently posted a video of herself completing four different workout regimens. Shilpa selected core training for the start of the week to urge her fans to get the week started right. “As we’re nearing the end of the year, it’s important to remind oneself to stay disciplined and determined. So, today’s Monday Motivation includes snippets from my Core Training. It involves training the abdominal, pelvic, hip, and lower back muscles in a way that they work in harmony for better stability,”  Shilpa wrote.

Take a look at the routine she does in the video:

Addressing the health benefits acquired from this practice, Shilpa remarked, "The first 2 exercises directly target the abdominal muscles (rectus abdominis and obliques); whereas the 3rd one targets the back and glutes. I always prefer performing both.”

She also recommended keeping the chin tucked in, exhaling through the mouth and inhaling through the nose on the way down, and completing slow and controlled activities.

"Any training programme should begin with a sufficient and efficient warm-up wherein certain mobility drills should be performed. I did it already, don’t forget to do yours," she concluded her post.
