1. Oranges are very beneficial for our health. At the same time, they are also considered very beneficial for nails. The fruit contains a large amount of vitamin C that helps in boosting nail growth. Take some orange juice and dip the nails in it and keep it for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water and apply moisturizer later. You will notice the difference in a few days.
