New Delhi: Many children are fickle in nature. They sometimes lack concentration, which makes them unable to focus on anything. They also find it difficult to focus on studies.

Use love instead of anger

Sometimes children make mistakes, so we need to use love instead of anger while explaining things to them. Explaining with love would bring children closer instead of driving them away. You should use love and calmness to explain things to them, and also help them overcome their difficulties or get them out of trouble.  

Give breaks post study time

Every child loves to play and relax. Short breaks between study sessions helps children to concentrate better. If these breaks are not provided, children may think of playing even while studying.

In this situation, they would be unable to completely concentrate on studies. You should give them the opportunity to play and stay fit along with studies, along with motivating them to take up a sport.

Give children their own space

Children do need their own space. This would give them a chance to learn and grow, and help them ponder on their mistakes and learn and grow from them. Let them work on their own, make mistakes and learn from them.

All these measures will increase the child's focus on studies and lead to overall physical and mental development.
