Ahmedabad: Wife kills husband for refusing to have sex!

Ahmedabad: In a bizarre case, a 54-year-old woman killed her husband after he refused to have sex with her here in Ahmedabad. A city sessions court sentenced the woman to life imprisonment as she was held guilty. On Monday, Additional sessions judge U M Bhatt convicted Vimla Vaghela to life imprisonment. The court also fined her Rs 2,000, failing which, the convict will have to serve a further six months, said sources. According to reports, on November 2, 2013, Vimla and her husband Narsinh were alone at their home in Noblenagar in Sardarnagar locality. As per the chargesheet filed against the woman, her husband refused to have sex with her and she got so infuriated that she started fighting with Narsinh. She doubted her husband's fidelity and accused him of having an extra-marital affair. I couldn't control her anger and started beating her husband on his head with a stick. Husband died due to multiple injuries. After the crime, she went to Sardarnagar police station and informed police about her husband's death. She became the complainant in this case. But later it was revealed that she was the murderer. Vimla was arrested and a chargesheet was filed against her.
