New Delhi: Isha Mahashivratri in front of the celebrated face of Adiyogi in Tamil Nadu has won the title of the country's most anticipated annual event, with over 140 million people attending. “The significance of the day is that there is an upward movement of energy in the human body. So this night, we want to spend awake, aware, with our spines erect so that whatever sadhana we are doing, there is a great assistance from nature," says Sadhguru.

Sadhguru's YouTube channels and major media networks will stream the event in 22 languages from 6 p.m. on March 8 to 6 a.m. on March 9 around the world.
