OPINION | The Clock is Ticking — Can Arambai Tenggol's Arms Surrender Bring Lasting Peace to Manipur?

Arambai Tenggol, a socio-cultural Meitei collective-turned armed group, surrendered 246 weapons on the last day of the deadline to submit illegally acquired arms. The deadline was extended on February 28 by the governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, to March 6.
