The likes of Pranitha Subhash, Kamya Panjabi and Rohit Roy have come out in support of the Zomato delivery executive, who was accused of assaulting a female customer.
Rohit Roy and Kamya Panjabi extended support to Zomato delivery executive, who was accused of hitting a Bengaluru-based influencer. The two popular TV stars took to Twitter to express their opinion over the matter which has hogged all the limelight on social media.
Kamya, who is currently seen in ‘Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki’, requested Zomato to not terminate the services of their delivery executive. The ‘Bigg Boss 7’ contestant tagged the official Twitter handle of the food delivery giant and said that she felt Kamraj is innocent.
“Well the eyes says it all... i feel #Kamraj the #ZomatoDeliveryGuy is innocent n i hope he gets justice @zomatoin @zomatocare @zomato pls dont let him lose his job,” Kamya wrote while responding to a tweet.
Rohit Roy also commented on the alleged assault case and sought justice for the food delivery boy. He tweeted, “I don’t know for sure what went down between the zomato exec and the lady in question but unless he’s a fabulous actor, he’s not lying... I hope he gets justice and quick! @zomatoin.”
South actress Pranitha Subhash demanded strict action against the woman in question if the delivery boy’s side of the story came out as true.
“So, food delivery is time-bound but justice is not? If the delivery man's version is found to be true, strict action must be taken for mischaractarization. I hope justice is delivered swiftly too.” the ‘Bhuj: The Pride Of India’ actress wrote on the micro-blogging site.
Earlier in the day, Parineeti Chopra requested the concerned authorities to look into the matter and ‘publicly report the truth’. The ‘Saina’ star even asked the delivery service to let her know how she could help.
