TV actor Mohit Malik injured on sets; gets stitches

Popular TV actor Mohit Malik, who is winning hearts with his portrayal of Sikander Singh Gill in Star Plus’ ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’, injured himself while shooting a chasing sequence for the show. The actor was rushed to the hospital immediately. The current track of the show is focusing on Kullfi (Aakriti Sharma), who has been kidnapped by David (Rajeev Bhardwaj). Sikander somehow learns about the kidnapper and begins chasing him. While shooting for this sequence, Mohit’s rings rushed against a pointed object and it sliced through his finger, thus leading to bleeding, a report in an entertainment portal. The team took him to the hospital where he received stitches. As Sikander, I wear finger rings and the rings brushed against an object and sliced my skin. We immediately rushed to the hospital where I got to know that I had to get stitches since the cut was deep,’’ Mohit told Tellychakkar. The ‘Doli Armanon Ki’ actor is still shooting for the show despite being in pain. We truly love your spirit Mohit! ‘’It’s definitely very painful but obviously it is not stopping me from doing anything. I am shooting even today,” he further told the portal.
