New Delhi: Popular show ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ has managed to keep the viewers hooked on to their TV sets with its entertaining episodes. The show is grabbing all the headlines after the producer Asit Modi confirmed that Disha Vakani will get replaced as Dayaben in the show. The makers have already started auditioning for the new Dayaben. The news left the ardent fans of the show shocked. As per the latest buzz, the makers have also started auditioning for another character. We had earlier informed you that Nidhi Bhanushali will quit the show. The actress essays the role of Atmaram Bhide's daughter Sonu in TMKOC. Nidhi left the show to focus on her studies. A report in an entertainment portal has suggested that before locking in the new Dayaben, the makers want to bring back Sonu in the show. The makers showed that Sonu went to abroad for higher studies in her exit episode. The makers now want to re-introduce her character and they have already commenced auditioning a new face to essay the role, the report in SpotboyE said. For the uninitiated, before Nidhi Bhanushali, the character of Sonu was played by Jheel Mehta. Nidhi joined the show in 2012.
