SHOCKING! Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani to go OFF-AIR

New Delhi: Zee TV’s show ‘Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani’ was started in year 2015 in which Siddhant Karnick and Drashti Dhami played the lead role. Later on in the second season, they were replaced by Eisha Singh and Sartaj Gill. Few months ago, third season of the show was introduced with a change in the story line but with same lead characters. Show has gained popularity over the time but now the team is gearing to end the serial. As per the news of a leading daily, the discussions have happened and the decision has been taken that 'Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani' is set to go OFF-AIR from 28th April 2017. According to the sources, this decision is being taken not due to TRP ratings but because makers don’t want to stretch the show further. When an entertainment portal contacted Sartaj, he said “It came in as a surprise to us too that the channel has decided to pull the show off-air. We did not have low ratings and were doing fairly good." He further added “There are just four characters in the show primarily. All the possible angles and storylines pertaining those four characters have already been practiced. Hence, now that I think of it, the channel must have decided to not drag it further and end it on a good note." Well, as they say that all the good things come to an end! Are you going to miss Raja and Rani’s chemistry? Stay tuned for all updates on all TV shows and gossips.
