New Delhi: Famous TV actor Shaheer Sheikh got married to his girlfriend Ruchikaa Kapoor on November 27, 2020. The couple tied the knot in a court marriage keeping in mind the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The actor’s on-screen mother Supriya Pilgaonkar attended their wedding and blessed the couple. Shaheer and Ruchikaa plans to hold a traditional wedding in June 2021. They got married after dating for about a year and a half. The ‘Mahabharata’ actor told PinkVilla, “We all know nothing is for sure but during the lockdown, we realised we can’t keep planning for the future as it’s very uncertain. That’s when we took the decision.” Expressing his excitement on starting the new journey with his love, Shaheer was quoted saying by the portal, “I have always lived away from home and work has kept me busy all throughout.. now I am looking forward to creating a home and making the most of it.
