Mouni Roy trolling

In a recent video clip where she opened up about the online trolling, Mouni can be heard saying, "Kuch nahin (nothing). Dekhti hee nahi (I don’t read those comments). The plastic surgery rumours intensified after Mouni’s appearance at the trailer launch of her upcoming film Bhootnii, where she was seen alongside her co-star Sanjay Dutt. Soon after, multiple paparazzi videos and photos from the event began circulating on social media. In one viral reel, Mouni appeared in a sleek black slip dress, prompting a flurry of comments on her appearance.

Several social media users began speculating about her look, with some alleging that a "cosmetic surgery had gone wrong." One user wrote, “Surgery went wrong,” while another commented, “Every public appearance is a new plastic surgery.” These remarks only added fuel to the ongoing chatter about her transformation over the years.

Despite the noise, Mouni Roy has chosen to rise above the negativity and focus on her work, refusing to give in to baseless criticism.
