Mishal Raheja to get 1.6 lakh per day?

New Delhi: Television Actor Mishal Raheja was in news few days ago because of quitting the show ‘Ishq Ka Rang Safed’. And the rumours were widespread that actor has asked for a sizeable hike during the renewal of his contract. And After giving it some thought, production house had agreed to pay him an exorbitant `1.6 lakh per day as he is the face of the show. This much of amout can be the highest amount ever paid to a Hindi Television fiction actor. When the actor was contacted for the same matter, he refused this and said “I believe I deserve the amount I have quoted for a seven-day telecast." It is to be remembered that Eisha Singh, the original protagonist of the show, quit as she didn't want to age any further in the show. Actress Sanjeeda Shaikh was roped in as her replacement. Eisha is currently seen as the new female lead in Zee TV's 'Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani'.
