New Delhi: Star Plus’ one of the most popular and loved shows ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ has managed to grab many eyeballs with its drama-packed episodes. Starring Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan in the lead roles, this show has been winning the hearts of the audience since the very beginning. Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ has been making the headlines since the news of the lead actor Parth Samthaan leaving the show started circulating. However, according to reports, the makers of the show has decided to pull the plug off the show after Parth’s exit from the show. Parth Samthaan who portrays the lead character of ‘Anurag Basu’ in the daily soap decided to put down his papers last month. After several speculations, the makers have finally decided to pull the plug off the show and replace it with another show. A source told PinkVilla, “The makers and the channel were in talks with Parth to retain him for a couple of months but Parth stood by his decision. He was supposed to end his contract with his last day being September 5. Since, a new face did not look like a possibility right now with so many change in faces already, the makers decided to pull off the show in the next two months and have asked Parth to shoot for small portions in between so that story reaches its conclusive end. Parth had agreed to give a couple of days in the next two months to fulfil his commitment to the show.” This news is sure to break the hearts of millions of ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ fans and we second the feeling of disappointed with revolving around the show going off-air.
