New Delhi: Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ has hogging all the limelight these days. Ever since the news of Parth Samthaan leaving the show circulated on the internet, fans have been requesting the makers to convince the actor to change his decision. Parth recently resumed shooting for ‘Kasautii 2’ after recovering from COVID-19. He has reportedly quit the show to focus on his health and upcoming projects. Although, the actor and makers are yet to make an official announcement, gossip mills suggest that Parth has already put down his papers. However, small screen’s Prerna has refuted all the rumours, giving some respite the fans. Amidst the rumours of him leaving the show, Parth Samthaan has shared a post on social media to thank his fans for the love and support. The TV heartthrob is not active on Instagram and Twitter since several days after he tested positive for novel Coronavirus. The ‘Kaisi Yeh Yaarian’ actor posted a photo and said that he intends to ‘come back’ soon. Rumour mills are buzzing with the rumours that the production house has approached Barun Sobti, Pearl V Puri, Vijayendra Kumeria, Harshad Chopda and other TV stars to replace Parth Samthaan as Anurag Basu. A report in a leading daily said that Ekta Kapoor roped in a third person, known to both her and Parth, to convince the actor to change his decision. If the TV Czarina doesn’t find any worthy replacement, she might pull the plug on ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’, the report added.
