After Parth Samthaan, Karan Tacker & Rithvik Dhanjani Test Positive For COVID-19? Actors REACT

Karan Tacker and Rithvik Dhanjani have squashed the reports which suggested they have contracted COVID-19.

New Delhi: Coronavirus pandemic has severely affected the functioning of many countries of the world including India. People are taking extra precautions to keep the deadly virus at bay. We recently informed you that ‘Baahubali’ director SS Rajamouli and his family members have tested negative after contracting the virus last month. The telly town celebs, who are not currently shooting, are busy spending quality time with their loved ones. The news has spread like wildfire on the internet. The report in Dainik Bhaskar suggested that Karan contracted novel Coronavirus after he travelled to Delhi on Wednesday (August 19). The ‘Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ actor chose to observe self quarantine in a hotel, the report added.
Karan didn’t share the news of him testing positive for COVID-19 to avoid trolling on social media, the report in the publication stated. However, Tacker has denied the rumours and said that he has not been infected with the virus. "Unfortunately, I tested positive when I landed in Delhi despite having no symptoms since the test performed was not complete. Fortunately, I got myself tested again the same day and the result was negative. Just to be sure, later I got my entire family tested again, and all reports were negative. So, I am really happy about that," Karan said in a statement to IANS.
Rithvik Dhanjani has also denied the rumours of him getting diagnosed with COVID-19. The ‘Pavitra Rishta’ actor told the publication that neither him nor his family members have tested positive for the virus. Talking about Karan Tacker, the ‘Rang Badalti Odhni’ actor is currently stationed at Delhi for an assignment. On the professional front, he was last seen in Disney+Hotstar’s ‘Special OPS’. Several TV celebs including Mohena Kumari Singh (Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai), Shrenu Parikh (Ishqbaaaz) and Parth Samthaan (Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2) were infected with COVID-19. They have successfully recovered from novel Coronavirus. Watch this space for more updates!
