'India's Got Talent' & 'MasterChef' post producer Sohan Chauhan found dead

Zee TV senior producer Sohan Chauhan's dead body was recovered from a pond.

Sohan Chauhan, who worked as a post producer on reality shows like 'India’s Got Talent 7' and 'Masterchef India 6', was found dead on 16th June. The body of Zee TV senior producer was recovered from the Royal Palms Society in Aarey Colony in Mumbai. The primary report has revealed drowning as the cause of Sohan Chauhan's death. Sohan got married six months ago and his wife was in Delhi at the time of the incident. "During a search of his house, we found a laptop, iPad as well as a diary, but no note. We have also checked his FB account which showed him to be someone with a passion for writing poetry. He apparently used to often go to the pond to sit and write poems," a police officer told a leading daily. Senior inspector Vijay Laxmi Hiremeth, Aarey police station, told Mid Day that, "The family has not made any allegation or complaint against any person. The viscera has been sent for forensic tests and if anything else is revealed, we will act accordingly." Sohan Chauhan's last rites were performed on 17th June in the presence of his family members and relatives. May his soul rest in peace. Stay tuned for more updates!
