"Later, Rahul said that I have handled many women like you. In Pratyusha’s case, the police could not do anything to me. What can you do, you are nothing. At the time of the incident, Rahul was completely drunk. He could barely walk.” Later, the actress and her friend went to Amboli police station and filed an FIR. A police officer from Amboli police station confirmed to a daily stating, “We have filed a cross case under section 354, 509, 504 and 34 of IPC.
