'Diya Aur Baati Hum' to return with Season 2 without Anas and Deepika

New Delhi: Here comes a treat for all 'Diya Aur Baati Hum' fans who were disappointed with the news of its end in September.  According to the reports, the show might return with its second season. Entertainment portal Tellychakkar quoted a source saying, “The show has been a successful venture for the channel as well as the production house. The idea now is to keep their brand – Diya Aur Baati Hum sailing high. Accordingly, they have been in talks for a Season 2 of the show.” It has also been reported that the production team has been in touch with the channel for season 2 of the show. However, if everything goes according to the plan then lead pair Anas Rashid and Deepika Singh will not be part of it. The new season of 'Diya Aur Baati Hum' have few characters from the ongoing series, says report of Tellychakkar.
