Bigg Boss 18 Contestant Rajat Dalal Responds To Aggression And Criminal Allegations

At the Bigg Boss 18 media press conference, contestant Rajat Dalal found himself in the hot seat, addressing allegations of criminal cases.

New Delhi: At the most recent ‘Bigg Boss 18’ press conference, journalists asked contestants Rajat Dalal, Vivian Dsena, Karanveer Mehra, and Eisha Singh tough questions. Regarding Rajat Dalal's apparent violent behaviour, one journalist questioned him about his criminal charges outside the home.

Rajat Dalal wasted little time defending himself, saying that the charges were without merit. He elaborated on how his behaviour was often misunderstood and said that he is famous for his politeness at home and dedication to maintaining order.

He stated, “I have been accused of beating people or kidnapping someone. Fighting with someone is an impulsive reaction, but in impulse, I cannot kidnap someone. I also have pornography charges on me.”

"I teach kids for free, work towards protecting stray dogs, and help the needy. I have done something for the country also. By just accusing me, you don’t realize to what extent you are defaming me," he said, expressing his indignation at being defamed.

Rajat also added, “Only I know the embarrassment my family faced. Kidnapping a minor is something I would not do. Would anyone post a video with a victim who is kidnapped?”

Rajat Dalal Acknowledging His Temper

Rajat said that his aggressive inclinations were a result of his job as a powerlifter. He said,  “I agree that I am violent. I am a powerlifter, and in situations, I charge that way. When I get angry, I become a different person. I am working on my temper and rectifying things because I have suffered because of it. My family has faced a lot because of me. I respect law and order a lot. I have accepted my mistakes. I am blamed for certain things which will get cleared when the time comes. I am still working on myself.”

The thrilling 18th season of Bigg Boss is almost over, with the finale set to air on January 19.
