Pushpa 2: Triptii Dimri To Replace Samantha Ruth Prabhu In Allu Arjun Film: Report
As the Allu Arjun film 'Pushpa 2' promotions begin in full swing, it is now being speculated that 'Animal' fame Triptii Dimri will now be replacing Samantha Ruth Prabhu for an item song in the film.

As the Allu Arjun film's promotions begin in full swing, it is now being speculated that 'Animal' fame Triptii Dimri will now be replacing Samantha Ruth Prabhu for an item song in the film. A 123Telugu report stated that Dimri will be shaking a leg with Allu Arjun in a special song.
Tripti replaces Samantha?
In 'Pushpa', Samantha Ruth Prabhu had performed a dance number 'Oo Antava' which took the country by a storm becoming the go-to party track North or South. As per the same report, Samantha has been replaced by Triptii Dimri.
Labelled the 'national crush' of India after her performance and chemistry in the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer 'Animal', Triptii Dimri has found new fame among her fans. Even her Instagram handle has seen a tenfold increase in its followers thanks to Sandeep Reddy Vanga's 'Animal'.
As per the same publication, the item number featuring Triptii Dimri will be shot in June 2024. Given the massive response 'Oo Antava' received, there are more expectations from another dance number from 'Pushpa 2'.
Sooseki Song
Only recently, makers had shared a teaser for the movie's second single, titled Sooseki, whic is all set to release on May 29. The track features Rashmika Mandanna( Srivalli) and Allu Arjun( Pushpa Raj).
Mythri Movie Makers, the production house bankrolling the film, shared the song announcemnet on social media with a caption saying, “India ka favourite jodi is back with a banger. The couple song announcement video.”
The makers also posted on YouTube, “Get ready to witness the true 'Sooseki'! Rashmika is coming with a dance step! Song releasing on 29th May 2024. Stay tuned!”
About Pushpa 2
Meanwhile, 'Pushpa: The Rise' starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna was released in December 2021. The film was a big blockbuster earning Allu Arjun a National Award for his stellar performance in the film.
Rooted in sandalwood smuggling, the rise of a don story, directed by Sukumar is all set to entertain auidences with 'Pushpa 2'.
Fahadh Faasil will also be reuniting with Allu Arjun in the film. Faasil will be reprising his role of Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat. 'Pushpa 2' will be released on Augist 15, 2024 and will be dubbed and released in Tamil, Kannada, and other languages and in Hindi.
