The makers of 'Test' starring Nayanthara, R Madhavan, and Siddharth, unveiled an intriguing trailer on Tuesday, offering a glimpse into a gripping narrative where personal ambitions and relationships are put to the ultimate test.

On Tuesday, Netflix shared the official trailer of the film. The video opens with Nayanthara introducing her childhood friend, a cricketer played by Siddharth, to her husband, a scientist portrayed by Madhavan. However, she refers to him as a canteen worker, setting the stage for a complex web of emotions. The trailer gradually unfolds, shedding light on the challenges faced by Madhavan and Nayanthara as they juggle their demanding careers while dealing with struggles in their marriage. Meanwhile, Siddharth’s character, Arjun, fights to strike a balance between his personal and professional life. As their fates intertwine, every decision they make takes them closer to a pivotal moment that will define their legacies.

Madhavan on his role
R Madhavan, who plays the role of scientist Saravanan, spoke about his dedication to bringing authenticity to the character. He said, "Just as my character in TEST is dedicated to his pursuit of scientific breakthroughs, I revel in trying to bring authenticity to the roles I have the privilege to play. TEST captures the relentless pursuit of excellence and the sacrifices made to protect one’s legacy. Collaborating with this fantastic team and my bro and debut director S. Siddharth speaks about his role
For Siddharth, stepping into the shoes of Arjun was a journey filled with passion and challenges. "Cricket has been a love, a passion, and in TEST, it becomes the very heartbeat of my character’s journey. My character lives and breathes the sport, but beyond the game, he faces choices that challenge his very core. Every decision comes with a price, and that’s what makes this journey so compelling.
