Rhea Chakraborty Opens Up On Why She Said 'Sorry Babu' On Seeing Sushant Singh Rajput's Mortal Remains

A person present at the Mumbai hospital during the autopsy of Sushant Singh Rajput had claimed that Rhea Chakraborty was behaving guiltily on seeing late actor's mortal remains.

New Delhi: The untimely demise of rising Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has left the nation disheartened, with many seeking answers as to why did the actor take the extreme step of ending his own life. Though, the Mumbai police had earlier declared that the actor, who was found dead at his Bandra house on June 14 had hung himself to death, a team Central Bureau of Investigation is probing the mysterious case. Though the special investigating team has uncovered several aspects and grilled many key suspects in the death case of the 'Dil Bechara' actor, many from the Sushant's family and friends continue to blame late actor's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty for brewing conspiracy against SSR. In fact, a person present at a Mumbai hospital during the autopsy of Sushant Singh Rajput had earlier this week stepped forward claiming that Chakraborty was behaving guiltily and apologised after putting her hand on the body. However, the 'Jalebi' actress has junked the claims saying that she said sorry upon seeing Sushant out of basic human courtesy. In an interview with NDTV, upon being asked why she said 'Sorry Babu' on seeing Sushant's body, Rhea said, "What would you say to someone who has lost his life? I am sorry you lost your life. I am sorry. What else do you say? It is basic human courtesy." Going by the report, Rhea questioned why late actor's sister Shweta is not being questioned as she too had posted "I am sorry babu" but took it down later. Her clarification came after Surjeet Singh Rathore, a member of the Karni Sena, told ABP News that he was present at the Cooper Hospital on June 15, where the autopsy on Sushant's body was done by the doctors.
