Sushant Singh Rajput's Ex-Assistant Ankit Denies Receiving Death Threats; Says 'Stressed After Speaking About Bhaiya In Media'

It can be recalled that Sushant's friend Ganesh earlier this week had written on his unverified Twitter account: "Need protection for me and Ankit."

New Delhi: Sushant Singh Rajput's untimely demise has left his family, friends and millions of fan disheartened. The Bollywood actor who rose to fame after enacting in MS Dhoni biopic, was found hanging dead at his Bandra home on June 14, making the Mumbai police declaring the incident as suicide. However, the people close to SSR are of the belief that the 'Dil Bechara' actor might have been murdered, inviting the Central Bureau of Investigation into play. Meanwhile, many key suspects, friends, and associates who worked with the late actor have come forward to share details about Sushant. The latest to join the row is Ankit Acharya, the ex-assistant of the late actor, who has reportedly denied to the reports claiming that he received death threats after speaking to the media. In an interview with entertainment portal Spotboye, Ankit, who stayed with Sushant for about two years until last year, revealed that he did not receive any threat call. As quoted in the report, the young man went on to clarify that he had been under stress after since he stepped forward to speak about Sushant's life with the media, following which, he shifted with Sushant's friend and choreographer Ganesh Hiwarkar. The former manager has been living with the choreographer since a week now and is feeling safe. It can be recalled that Ganesh earlier this week had written on his unverified Twitter account: "Need protection for me and Ankit." In another post the very same day, he mentioned: "Thank you so much all of you for ur amazing support, cause of all ur blessings we feel protected, we will fight for Sushant till our last breath, now Ankit is stay wid me from last 2 days we r together, just pray for Sushants Justice. Thank u so much." In an interview with news agency IANS, Hiwarkar had shared how Sushant had saved him from committing suicide in the past, when he was battling depression. he choreographer who is a friend of Sushant from his struggling days had also shared that he strongly believes that a positive person like Sushant cannot commit suicide.
