New Delhi: All Prabhas fans, there is some good news for you on the occasion of Maha Shivratri. Starring Deepika Padukone, Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan 'Project K' now has a release date. Makers shared a new poster of their upcoming film on social media and announced the new release date. Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the official poster of 'Project K' on his official social media handle and wrote, "AMITABH - PRABHAS - DEEPIKA: 'PROJECT K' RELEASE DATE LOCKED... Team #ProjectK finalized the release date of #ProjectK: 12 Jan 2024… Stars #AmitabhBachchan, #Prabhas and #DeepikaPadukone.Directed by #NagAshwin... Produced by #VyjayanthiMovies."

The poster is set in a dystopian backdrop showing a hand with a finger pointing. The hand close-up seems to be set in the backdrop of a broken town ship which looks more like a ship dockyard which also has machines lying around. On the front of the poster, three people are shown pointing guns towards that one big hand. The tagline of the poster reads, 'The world is waiting'.

As per the poster, the new release date of 'Project K' says the film will be released on January 12, 2024.

Directed by Nag Ashwin, 'Project K' is produced by Vyjayanthi Movies. 

Earlier, last month on the occasion of Deepika Padukone's birthday, the makers shared a glimpse of her look from the film on social media. "Here's wishing our Deepika Padukone a very happy birthday. #ProjectK #HBDDeepikaPadukone."

Project K will released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.

Meanwhile, Deepika was recently seen in the blockbuster ‘Pathaan’ co-starring Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. The film has already collected Rs. 960 crores at the box office.
