Prabhas' Project K First Look Poster Changed; Fans Call It ‘Bigger Meme Material Than Adipurush’

The first look from the Nag Ashwin-directed film was released on July 19 amid the buzz around it.

New Delhi: 'Project K', starring Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and Prabhas, is one of the much-anticipated films of this year. Recently, the movie's first-look poster for Prabhas was released by the movie's makers team. Fans, however, found an issue with the actor's poster for the next movie.

The first look from the Nag Ashwin-directed film was released on July 19 amid the buzz around it, but it quickly drew harsh remarks for its poor graphics. The production company has since uploaded it once more after making cosmetic modifications. The makers, however, deleted the original image from their social media accounts and just uploaded a new one without noting the change in the poster. Fans had earlier remarked that his appearance, saying it was a reflection of his 'Adipurush' character.

The actor Prabhas had hair that fell on his face in his previous look. A silhouette of a demolished structure can be seen in the poster's background. He appears on the new poster with the same appearance but with his neck a bit raised. Minor adjustments have been made to the special effects as well.

However, it seems like the new poster failed to impress the fans. Here is how they reacted:

'Project K' will make history as the first Indian movie to screen at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) in 2023. On January 12, 2024, the movie is scheduled for release in the following languages: Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and English.
