Katrina gets rejected even after Salman’s recommendation!

New Delhi:  Even after their break-up, Salman and Katrina Kaif are still friends and the actor keeps on helping Katrina in her bollywood career. According the latest reports, the role of Kareena Kapoor in the movie ‘Veere Di Wedding’ was before offered to Katrina Kaif. Yes, that’s true! And  it was Salman Khan who recommended Katrina’s name for the film. CZ3tPdyWwAAMb2b.jpg large Salman Khan has a very god relations with Anil Kapoor and so he became friends with his daughter Sonam Kapoor during the shoot of ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’. It was then that Salman suggested Sonam and Rhea to have a word with Katrina about the film and they did so. According to sources, Salman got Katrina on board for Rajkumar Santoshi’s film as well. He recommended her name there also. But all went wrong when, Katrina Kaif was not able to get into the skin of the character, as it was a Delhi girl. So She has to opt out of that film.
