Gully Boy: New posters featuring Ranveer Singh & Alia Bhatt are OUT!
'Gully Boy' inspired by the lives of Mumbai street rappers Divine and Naezy who are known for their song 'Mere Gully Mein'.
The upcoming Bollywood film 'Gully Boy', directed by Zoya Akhtar, is one of the most anticipated films of this year as Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt are uniting on the big-screen for the very first time. Yesterday (1st January), on the occasion of New Year 2019, the makers of 'Gully Boy' released the film's first poster making Ranveer & Alia' fans super-happy. Today (2nd December), two new posters of 'Gully Boy', featuring the film's lead couple, are out.
Film's lead pair, Ranveer and Alia, have posted the new posters on their social-media account. The solo poster of Ranveer Singh has been captioned as, "the voice of the streets ???? #GullyBoy"
It reveals Ranveer's look from the film and introduces him as 'the voice of the streets'. In the poster, Ranveer looks uber cool with his hoodie on, wearing earphones and keeping the right amount of fringes on his face. Another interesting quotient about the poster is a paper blended in the background with rap lyrics on it while Ranveer stares into oblivion with an intense look on his face.
Whereas, the second poster featuring both Ranveer & Alia has been posted with the caption, "Gully Boy❤️???? #14thFeb#ApnaTimeAayega"
Here both of them can be seen dressed in simple attires, listening to music with their earphones on while looking into opposite directions.
Take a look at the posters below:
The Zoya Akhtar-directorial is inspired by the lives of Mumbai street rappers Divine and Naezy. Ranveer and Alia's looks on the poster are very different from their previous film & have raised the buzz around 'Gully Boy'. For the uninitiated, Chunky Panday's gorgeous daughter Ananya Panday, who will be seen romancing Tiger Shroff in 'Student of the Year 2', is reportedly making her Bollywood debut with 'Gully Boy' in a cameo role as 'SOTY 2' is slated to release later this year. Whereas, 'Gully Boy' is all set to hit the big screens on Valentine's Day, that is, February 14. (With inputs from ANI)View this post on Instagram
