The film marks Shahid Kapoor's return to the big screen after nearly a year, following his appearance in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. In the film, Shahid plays a rebellious police officer investigating a high-profile case. As he delves deeper, he uncovers a web of deceit and betrayal, leading him into a dangerous journey. Pooja Hegde stars as a journalist.
Directed by Malayalam filmmaker Rosshan Andrrews, the film also features Pavail Gulati. Deva is an action-packed film produced by Zee Studios and Siddharth Roy Kapur.
