New Delhi: The box office earnings for the Bollywood film 'Crew', which stars Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Kriti Sanon, drastically dropped on Monday, April 1, in comparison to the previous day's totals.

Taran Adarsh, a trade analyst, reports that the movie made Rs 37 crore net during its four days in cinemas. He took to X and wrote, "#Crew maintains a STRONG GRIP on the make-or-break, decisive Day 4 [Mon]… Urban centres continue to dominate… An open run till #Eid will help #Crew put up a robust total. [Week 1] Fri 10.28 cr, Sat 10.87 cr, Sun 11.45 cr, Mon 4.52 cr. Total: ₹ 37.12 cr. #India biz. #Boxoffice."

The ABP Live review of the film reads: This heist-comedy, featuring three women dealing with the everyday challenges of middle-class life, feels like a breath of fresh air among recent Bollywood films. While some parts of the industry are busy with out-of-school-textbook historical dramas or pushing certain agendas, this film keeps things light and fun. What makes it stand out is that it doesn't try to force any feminist message or paint its female characters as victims. Instead, it just lets them be themselves, navigating life's obstacles with humor and wit.

Aadujeevitham box office collection

Prithviraj Sukumaran's recently released film 'Aadujeevitham' has been a strong rival for the Kareena Kapoor starrer. However, box office reports showed a minor drop in the former's collection as well. The film suffered an overall drop in revenues, earning approximately Rs 5.25 crore net in India. 'Aadujeevitham', popularly referred to as 'The Goat Life', is reported to have brought in Rs 35.55 crore in five days in India. 

Tillu Square box office collection 

Meanwhile, 'Tillu Square', starring Siddhu Jonnalagadda, is still outpacing both of the major releases. Trade website Sacnilk reports that the film made an estimated Rs 5.5 cr on Monday, raising the movie's total domestic earnings to Rs 38.05 cr nett.

Strong word-of-mouth and a great response welcomed the Telugu film, which features Siddhu and Anupama Parameswaran in the key roles.
