New Delhi: Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush starrer 'Atrangi Re' has been making waves ever since the project was announced. Sara, who has emerged as one of the most sought after actresses in Bollywood, will be seen in a different avatar in the upcoming flick. Khiladi Kumar has started shooting for 'Atrangi Re' with Sara from Friday (December 4) in Greater Noida. Sara took to social media to share a picture with Akshay from the sets. The 'Love Aaj Kal' actress expressed her excitement on working with the Bollywood superstar and said that she feels privileged to be sharing screen-space with the 'Rustom' actor. She wrote, "AtrangiRe becomes more Rangeen!@akshaykumar so privileged, excited and thankful to be working with you!" Sara and Akshay flashed their smiles while posing for the camera. One of the fan clubs has shared a video from the film's shoot on Twitter. Akshay and Sara can be seen filming a scene in the clip, which is going viral on the internet. While the 'Simmba' actress donned a yellow outfit, Akki sported a black blazer during the sequence.

Akshay and Sara were snapped while shooting in an university in Greater Noida. The 'Good Newwz' actor even waved at the fans when they asked him for a selfie.

Atrangi Re Release Date

'Atrangi Re', which also stars Dhanush and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, will hit the silver screens on February 14, 2021. The romantic drama is being helmed by Aanand L Rai, who directed Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma starrer 'Zero'.
